Each carrier is 23.50” x 16” and can handle a weight of 150 pounds. The total length of this sorter is 578 [ft] consisting of (3) – 3 horsepower VFD drive motors. Induction area consists of an operator control panel, 6 induction stations and Sick bar code image reader [top scan only]. 2 staircases for access to the interior of the sorter. *Sorter also has $90,000k + in spare parts that have never been used.

Systems in Motion annual traditions are to help others during the holiday season. Marklund a local non-profit organization was the organization we decided to help for the holidays. Systems in Motion’s employees were happy to give back to the Elgin community this holiday season. This year we participated in donating blankets and gift cards to Marklund which is a nonprofit organization that serves infants, children, teens and adults with severe and profound developmental disabilities and special healthcare needs.It never ceases to amaze us at the willingness and eagerness of our Systems in Motion family to give back to those in need. We were asked to donate 60 blankets and 60 gift cards for each of their residents.
