Gartner® delivered three key findings in its Industry Wants and Needs Survey, including how companies often struggle with how to approach Warehouse Automation, beginning with choosing the right partner. The other two findings cited a lack of internal robotics knowledge and expertise, and the variation around product specialization.   Gartnerâ began by outlining the three major partner operations: boutique consultants,
