Our US-based Network Operations Center (NOC) is located in Ann Arbor, MI and operated by a team of experts in the administration and management of production support environments. For example, our information diagnostics teams conduct analysis on trouble tickets not only to solve the problem, but proactively address solutions that can prevent a recurrence of problem. Trouble ticket management costs are contained through automatic monitoring, detecting, resolving, analyzing, and proactive fixing.
